Abs and Chest Workout
Tyler came over tonight for a strength training session. We started with Drizzit’s Killer Ab Workout. This was pretty challenging and definitely hits every little part of your abs. I could feel different exercises targeting different parts of my abdominal muscles. I added some decline oblique twists to the workout. Then hit 5 reps of pull ups and on to a chest workout.
