CompuTrainer: Redman Course first hour

I need to get back to riding this course so I can get a sense of pacing. I felt a little sluggish on this at this power output… so I might have lost some power/fitness with last months weight loss. But I also didn’t ride as much. I have 8 months to get to my goal of 240watts steady! 20%! Wow, that’s a lot. Need more time in saddle!
