Man! I made the mistake of missing 2 days of my 35 reps… that meant I had to bang out 105 reps to keep on pace. Yowza!
- Pushups
- Bicep Curls (15lbs x 2 Dumbbells)
- Shoulder Presses (15lbs x 2 Dumbbells)
- Chest Press on Ball (20lbs x 2 Dumbbells)
- Crunches on Ball
- Bench Dips
- One Arm Row (20lbs Dumbbell)
- Squats
- Lunges
