Breakfast: Greens and Bacon, Duck Eggs and salsa!

Lunch: Huge Salad topped with Prosciutto

Dinner: Kale, Zucchini, Salmon Frittata with Heirloom Tomato and Avocado

Oh boy, that Frittata was way too tasty! I ate too much. I need to burn some calories!!!

Me in 2002 - 200lbsThis is my fitness blog. Some people who knew me a long time ago may wonder, what the heck I'm doing writing a blog about fitness.
