Whole 30 - Day 22
Breakfast: Egg Yolk, Chicken, Kale Scramble
Lunch: Huge Salad with Salmon
Dinner: Grass Fed Ribeye Steak with Broccoli and sautéed Mushrooms & Onions
Way too much food!!! Felt way over filled on my late night run.
