Breakfast: Bacon and Kale, Duck Eggs, avocado and salsa
Dinner: Paleo Chicken Tacos
Snack: Cashews and Raisins
Score Card: PRO 36% CHO 19% FAT 45%

Notes: lower calories today because I only did a short low effort workout.

Paleo Tortillas: I made paleo tortillas from this recipe. The recipe was easy, and the results look very similar to the photos. But!! These really aren’t tortillas and honestly I don’t think they’re worth the trouble. These are basically egg white omelet/pancakes. I will try to find some other recipes that are closer to real tortillas.
