60 Reps - 9,430 to go

I missed my 30 reps workout yesterday. So today was my first “make up” day. Banged out 60 reps each (3 sets of 20 reps) of the following:
- Pushups
- Bicep Curls (15lbs x 2 Dumbbells)
- Shoulder Presses (15lbs x 2 Dumbbells)
- Chest Press on Ball (20lbs x 2 Dumbbells)
- Crunches on Ball
- Bench Dips
- One Arm Row (20lbs Dumbbell)
- Squats
- Lunges
