Whole 30 - Day 17
Breakfast: Kale, Bacon, Mushroom scramble
Lunch: Pork Bolognese on Kelp Noodles
Post Run Snack: Banana, Hazelnut Butter, Mashed Butternut Squash, Pistachio Butter.
Dinner: Beef Spareribs with gravy (used coconut flour as thickening) Mashed Butternut Squash and Brussels Sprouts
Score Card: PRO 24% CHO 20% FAT 57%
I ate a lot of calories today. But I also ran 15 miles. The longest/hardest workout effort I’ve done since on Whole 30. I didn’t take any food or water on the run, but still managed a negative split at marathon race pace.
