Whole 30 - Day 15

Breakfast: Greens, Bacon, and Duck Eggs
Lunch: Sashimi - I had to eat out today for a lunch meeting. I suggested Sushi, and ordered a sashimi combo, no rice, no miso soup, and no soy dressing on my salad. I asked for a side of vinegar, which I used on my salad and also mixed with my wasabi. Not a bad substitute for soy sauce.
Dinner: Taco Salad (no beans, chips, etc, of course!)
Snacks: Nutmeg and Cinnamon Roasted Butternut Squash with Pistachio Butter and Raisins, Macadamia Nuts, Kalamata Olives, and Prosciutto
Score Card: PRO 30% CHO 15% FAT 55%
