Breakfast: Grass Fed Beef Breakfast Sliders from US Wellness Meats, two Eggs, and sautéed Greens, Mushrooms, and Red Onions.
Lunch: Salad with Smoked Trout, Avocado and Aioli Balsamic Dressing
Dinner: Roast Chicken, Roasted Vegetables, and Green Salad with Tahini Garlic Dressing.
