Breakfast: Top Sirloin, Kale, Red Onion, Two Egg Scramble with Afterburner Salsa
Lunch: Huge Salad of Romaine, Lamb Lettuce, Red Cabbage, Red Onions, Roasted Bell Peppers, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Roasted Chicken with Tahini Garlic Sauce
Dinner: Spicy Marinara with Grass Fed Ground Beef served with Kelp Noodles and Steamed Green Beans topped with Olive Oil.
Score Card: PRO 27% CHO 16% FAT 57%
