CompuTrainer Multi-Rider: Ironman Canada 31.9 Miles

Great computrainer multi-rider session this morning. First time riding this course, long climb, then long descent, then mostly flat at the end. Listened to punk rock while watching some crazy violent movie on the TVs. Nice taper for Sunday’s 50 mile run.
