Kid’s Marathon Training - Long Run :)

The girls and I went for our second to last run as part of our Kid’s Marathon Training. Since we only have 2 days left to run and 3 miles more to run, we decided to run 1.5 miles each of the next two days. So we’ll call it our long runs! Previously we’d only been running 1 mile. On race day, we’ll have to run 1.2 miles… so this is our 25% over distance workout. Classic endurance training!
