255.15 Miles Down - 539.85 to Go!

Posted by Brad Hefta-Gaub under: Cycle.

I am taking advantage of every chance there is to ride in the non-rain. It’s not sunny here in Seattle - nope - mostly grey skys. But at least today it didn’t rain on me at all.

At this pace I need to average 13.5 miles per day or 94 miles per week to reach my goal of 5,000 for the year.

It’s doable — but I am going to have to juggle a lot of priorities and work around the weather as much as possible.

Workout:

  • Type: Cycle
  • Date: 11/21/2009
  • Time: 17:00:20
  • Total Time: 3:45:00.00
  • Calories: 2381
  • Distance: 59.5 miles
  • Average Speed: 15.87 mph
  • Max Speed: 24 mph

Nice job with the ride.
Was wondering if their is a way to start, or organize a group for the Seattle Marathon on the sweat365 site. I thought it would be cool for all members doing the race to meet before the race
or at least put a little 365 on an arm or calf. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Schon
