Day After-Day After Ironman Recovery Run

Posted by Brad Hefta-Gaub under: Run.

I felt pretty good today, considering that usually the second day is when I am the most sore after a big event. My run was cold… as it’s about 35 degrees colder in Seattle than Vegas… but it felt good. Now if I can just figure out how to ride 795 miles in the next  7 weeks to reach my cycling goal!

You could take the rest of the year off from work and just ride everyday. :-) I am trying to see if I can get in 4000 for running this year. I am currently at 3555. Don’t think I am going to make it.
