Test Ride Before Ironman

Posted by Brad Hefta-Gaub under: Cycle.

Did a quick test ride on my bike before turning it in at T1. I rode out on the course for about 8 miles then turned around to head back.

The entire Silverman course is very very hilly. So even this first part has several very long steep hills. But the advantage of these hills is that if you get up them, you get fly down them. That helped with my average speed.

The ride felt great. I felt strong.
