Very Wet Run
I will admit I am a little paranoid that I might get injured running every day. I banged my shin with my bike pedal last weekend, and I have a little bruise on it… this has me paranoid that I might get shin splints or a stress fracture from running everyday.
I am hopeful that this is just paranoia…
But I am also taking some precautions. I have decided that I need to explicitly give myself easy days… today, was pretty close to as easy as it can get for me… 2 miles at 10min/mile pace. I guess I could have turned around at half a mile and made it only a mile run… but I’m not quite ready for that.
Also of note is, it’s pouring rivers out there. Seattle, and all of Western Washington is being hit by massive rain… major areas are being flooded. The interstate is closed due to flooding. I got soaked!
