If you ever come out to do Ironman in Hawaii let me know I would love to take you on some trail runs through the rainforest. http://ultradevon.blogspot.com has some videos and pics. rubbing it in? maybe I should have been more specific about how I can’t really walk properly and how I’ve never hurt like this after any race. my quads are wrecked.

the 5 min run is part of my carb loading regimen - something about helping your muscles soak up more fuel.
