Easy Run with my Daughter

Posted by Brad Hefta-Gaub under: Run.

This puts her at 9 miles. We had a good chat. She’s now planning on running the Jingle Bell Run with her Aunt, so she’s excited about working up to more than a mile. Today, we ran without any walk breaks… so we tried to run slower but keep going.

It was kinda funny for me as I realized that I wanted to chase after some runners that passed us… I had to realize that my daughter wouldn’t have been able to keep up.

Again, I guess it’s a good sign that I’m eager to run faster… that means my taper is going well. But I could use some more sleep.
