6 Mile Run with Tyler

Started out really slow… got faster on each mile.

Splits:
9:37 - 134 Avg HR
9:01 - 140 Avg HR
8:56 - 142 Avg HR
8:44 - 138 Avg HR - Interesting? HR went down. But I think this is slightly down hill.
8:12 - 153 Avg HR - That’s more like it.
7:22 - 159 Avg HR - NICE!

I left Tyler at mile 5 and ran hard… then walked back to him and jogged out his last half mile with him. He was pretty much blown up after the 8:12 mile.

Brad-

Have done some sprint tri’s and some fairly good swims (Alcatraz 1.5) and (Fat Salmon 3.2) and now a buddy of mine wants me to to STP with him next year. Have done some cycling, but will need to really get after it in the next year. Any thoughts/advice on training? Enjoy reading your stuff. THanks.

Excellent heart rate management. Can’t run today leaving town on Tuesday for the next 6 days and need to dial into family needs today. Get out there though and enjoy
