Hey Brad. Just checking in to see how things were going. Also, thanks so much for all of your support during my marathon training/injury period. You kept me motivated!

Thanx for your comment and reading my post, I am actually shooting for my first tri to be the Redman triathlon in September, so far my knee is holding up well, started using compression tights to reduce soreness and give me some support in the knee area.

Hey there,
I would like to thank you too for the great support you give so many of us. I we all took as much time to support each other as you do, we would all have an easier time training. About my speed drills, they did push my heart rate very high and my quads are still a little sore. I’ll see how they feel tomorrow! I would love to know how you conquered the speed issue as you were losing weight. I was 350 a year ago, and am down to 263 now. I know my weight is going to keep me from running under 30 minutes for a little longer but at what weight will that be obtainable? Thanks for your constant feedback!

Brad, thanks for the comments. Basically Im here to meet people like yourself that I can relate to in a healthy lifestyle sort of way. Im going to be posting more of my “story ” on my page soon, but I, as does everyone, went through some stuff that had to be changed in order to remain human. Again thanks for taking the time. Allen
