Mellow Run with Tyler

Got out for a quick run with Tyler after lifting weights.

The pace was low for me, but Tyler was ready to fall over… I think he’s average heartrate was 170…

Both of us are out of shape. Time to get serious.

I plan to… but I admit, I am way behind on training.

My plan at this point is to just go out and have fun.

Thanks for your comments on my site. I am doing the Beast of the East Sprint Triathlon this Sunday. It is 4/10 mile swim, 16 mile bike, and 5K run.

Just wanted to say thanks for the ‘Dynamic Warm-up’ front post. I’ve wanted to know the best warm-ups other than just bending over and stretching the hams and calves stretches on a stair. :-)
