I had to giggle when I saw the title.

At work “ab workout” is code for “I had too much to drink and ended up on my knees in the bathroom”.

Glad it wasn’t that one. ;)

Hi Brad,
Thanks for helping. I got it to up load on the pc at work. My home mac wouldn’t cooperate. IT is not my thing…
(obviously).
Happy Training.
(you can also see that I haven’t figured out to reply to a comment either, eh?)

Yes it is my last long run. I do hope to keep my mileage up around 60 this week though because in the past when I dropped too low I always feel a lot worse. It will be an easy 60. Thanks for the support.

Awesome, great job on the weight loss! My next big goal is to eventually run a half marathon. I’m not quite ready for that yet. I plan on running my first 5k on May 3rd, hosted by my son’s school. I’m stoked!

My husband is Carlos Hedgecorth (revelation777), he recognized your name and says you guys have commented back and forth before. Thanks so much for your encouragement!

Hey,

Thanks for the welcome to sweat365. I have not been training long for this marathon, only about a month. As for how long have I love aka become an addict to running 10 years old. I ran through middle school, high school, and college. I ran for Johnson County Community college for 2 years and Western State College for a year before I had my daughter. Since having her my running has been hit or miss on consistency. So I set out to complete my long time goal of the marathon so I can try to up my consistency of running as well. I love running! Makes me happy. I just ran 6 miles on Sunday and that is the longest run since College. Slow going but I can handle it. Far cry from the 85 miles a week I did in college, but hey gotta start back somewhere! Thanks for the support and good luck in all you do. Any tips you have I am welcome to them!

Allo!

I am not sure if this is the right place to respond to an offer of assistance. Ahhh, how would I do this properly? Cheers!

Hey,

Well yeah I do have some muscles, but I want to be where I was. I did 3 types of situps to reach the 400 that I did. If you have an article showing different types for different areas I would love to have it. That would bea big help. Let me know. THanks!

FRIENDS FEATURE………..Hey Brad, I love the friends feature! May I suggest a tweak? When I click on my ‘friends’ avatar - it takes me to their profile page. I already know this stuff about them. I have them on my home page so I can quick-reference what they are up to - and what they are writing today. I’d prefer to not have to take the second step to then click to their blog.

What would it take to have the friends feature send me directly to their blog?

Thanks!!
Your humble customer,
S ;-)
