Comments(5) I guess pilates class with my wife is going to become a regular thing. I am enjoying it more than I enjoyed yoga… and it is certainly challenging me in my flexibility and more core strength. I wish I knew more of the specific exercises so that I could do them as “smoothly” as the class regulars.
