Brad Hefta-Gaub says:
Rubber band running is running with one of those big “exercise bands” tied in a loop then placed around your ankles. The idea is that it prevents you from over extending your legs…. or possibly the idea is to pull all the hair out of your legs… or possibly the idea is to simply cause you to trip and break your neck so that you aren’t hurting yourself running.
Currently I plan to tell the PT that that particular drill ain’t working for me… but I’ll give it another try at the next track session…

talk about serious mental effort - nothing like trying to run while one’s legs are being “waxed”! good luck with your technical work.
no t.v. on the erg. although maybe someday. funny thing is that my monitor is out of batteries so i don’t even have that to look at. after what seems like years of staring at numbers, it’s refreshing not to have it in front of me. lately i’ve been working on technique so i think that keeps my mind busy. either that or i’m just brain dead…
