Seattle International Randonneurs 100K

Posted by Brad Hefta-Gaub under: Cycle.

I should write a full ride report on this… It was my first Rando… it was a lot of fun… I was an ass and decided to ride my Shogun thinking that Rando’s would be casual riders… they taught me a lesson and sent me up some of the most insane hills in all of Seattle. It was the hardest workout I’d ever gotten at 13mph!

I ate junk food and lots of it. And the result was what you'd expect 5'4" and 200 lbs with 36% body fat. (more...)
