Massage at Dream Clinic

As per my list of wishes… I am using up my massage credits at the Dream Clinic…. my Massage therapist was working me over big time…. This totally counts as an activity!

Of course, I get home tonight, and while working on my computer I fall off my chair backwards and probably reversed all the great progress she made on my shoulders. Who put rollers on this chair?!!?!

massage that sounds ace, i doubt they would let me in coughing and sneezing as i am. but im on the mend. and ive decided to give my body a hand in the shape of maximuscle immune support. because i belive its the extra training may have hellped run me down, so as you say i will wait till im recoverd before i resume training.

ps i wish i could ride a fixed wheel bike but where i live its all hills and i mean big hills i know when ever i go out my last mile will be a hard climb. the up side is i can climb the down side is on longer flatter runs i struggle to keep up after a few hours, so im going to have to start traveling to find some flat. its funny because my mates wish they lived out in the sticks like me to help their climbing.
