Thank you very much for you work on sweat365. I am very new to the blog world in general and have never looked at sweat365 before. Posting a brief comment letting me know you’ve been where I’m at and wishing me success meant a good deal. I’m also stealing ideas from the format of your dashboard! Thanks again and keep up the excellent work!

I’ve just been using a stationary bike. I do like the fact that I can work pretty hard on back to back days without worrying about pounding my legs too much. I still don’t own a real bike yet. I’ve been thinking about getting a really cheap one this summer though. When I coached high school, we did 6 minute abs. 30 seconds of each exercise without rest between - crunches, bicycles, right obliques, left obliques, pikes and rows with a 30 second rest between the two sets. And then we would throw in 30 seconds of pushups at the end for fun. The pushups were pretty hard for a bunch of hs cross country runners.

I don’t see any count downs on your page. Do you have any big races planned for this year?

Hi, thanks for your comment in my blog. My picture is a collage of 13 of the 14 race runs I did in 2007. Your story is very inspiring and I relate to it a lot. I started running about a year ago, It all started at the gym when I finally shock off a long period of inactivity. One year later I’ve lost over 50 pounds but more importantly I have become a runner! I have about 10 races lined up through November this year, so far! My main one being the Chicago Marathon in October.

To Arbelan & RunGaloRun,
Thanks for the note, and good luck on your goals!
To Kip,
I need to add some countdowns. I am for sure doing STP again this year, although I think I’ll be doing the 2 day version with my Dad and Phil. And I will also do my third Ironman… if I want to make it an annual thing I guess I have to.
