Darnit… I’ve been so busy working that I forget to blog about working out… and then, what happens, I forget what I did… that kind is the point isn’t it?!!

Brad….My stats as I think you already saw are now 6′0 247lbs. You seem to be one on here that probably most resembles what I am going through. My usual cop out has been I am mostly muscle, well as you can imagine over the past few years that ratio is slowly creeping to a more even number in the muscle/fat category. I am now back into running. I am running a 2min run/30sec walk ratio. Next week I move to a 3:30sec ratio. What do you suggest as far as weight training. I have always done true strength training so when it comes to running I do not have a clue. Thank you for your time.
