Fixie Grocery Store Run

Put the Super Bowl on the Tivo, and rode my fixie to the store to buy ingredients to make home made pizzas. We watched the Super Bowl with the girls, and paused after every commercial to discuss “what was that commercial and advertisement for?” Very interesting to hear a 7 and 5 year old’s perspective on what an advertiser is trying to accomplish with a particular ad.

They really liked the FedEx ad with the giant pigeons. My 5 year old said “They’re trying to tell people if you have a package to send it’s not a good idea to use giant pigeons! You should have them instead!” Ain’t that the truth.
