Mostly upper body, and core.

  • 3×20 @ 20lbs dumbbell bench press - flat
  • 3×20 @ 25lbs dumbbell bench press - decline
  • 3×15 @ 25lbs dumbbell bench press - incline
  • 4×20 @ 15lbs tri pull downs
  • 3×20 @ 20lbs bicep bar curls
  • 3×20 @ 8lbs bicep hammer curls
  • 40 decline oblique twists
  • 20 decline crunches
  • 1 min plank
  • 2×30 sec plank - 1 foot
  • 2×30 sec plank - 1 arm
  • 5 pullups
