- 3×20 @ 20lbs dumbbell bench press - flat
- 3×20 @ 25lbs dumbbell bench press - decline
- 3×15 @ 25lbs dumbbell bench press - incline
- 4×20 @ 15lbs tri pull downs
- 3×20 @ 20lbs bicep bar curls
- 3×20 @ 8lbs bicep hammer curls
- 40 decline oblique twists
- 20 decline crunches
- 1 min plank
- 2×30 sec plank - 1 foot
- 2×30 sec plank - 1 arm
- 5 pullups
