Food & Weight: 1/11/2008

Back story:

  • Yesterday I rode 4 hours in the rain, on my fixed gear bike, with no food or water. That was a crazy thing to do. I was cold, dehydrated, hungry, and exhausted.
  • I’ve also been working very hard on Sweat365 and so not much sleep in general the last couple months. I think it’s finally catching up to me.

Health:

  • Date: 01/11/2008
  • Weight: 144.5
  • Mood: Normal
  • Sleep Pattern: Normal
  • Calories: 2900

Food Eaten Today:

  • Breakfast: Egg whites, Havarti Cheese, Whole Wheat Bagel - 400 cals
  • Lunch: Dick’s Cheeseburger, Fries, “Delux”, Vanilla Shake - 1000 cals
  • Dinner: Calzone with Sausage, Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Black Olives, and Mushrooms - 1500 cals

Ok, I admit, I’m guessing here. I don’t think I’m under estimating… I am sure this was a lot of food. But I was hungry, and am still hungry…

Well, the new Sweat365 looks and works great, so that hard work paid off! It looks like you’ve been consistent this year with the strength training. I need to add some of that to my routine as well.
