Light Spinning

Melissa says:

I bet you are sore! At least you’re still at it with the spinning. That will help the muscle pain go away sooner, I’ve heard at least :) A family member teached spinning classes back where I’m from - just between DC and Richmond (I’m in DC now) - and she really enjoys it. It scares me though! Great exercise

Bill says:

Keep it up, Brad. That’s one thing I didn’t do for the week after my marathon.

For me, the soreness was gone in three days. But I was amazed to find out how tired the legs were nine days later.

Back to groovin’ though.

I’m feeling much improved now, I wished I’d gone for a run today… but alas, busy in meetings. Tomorrow for sure I will go for a run.
