Marathon Training - EZ 3.5 mile run

Penultimate taper run before the marathon. We’ll do a short 20 minute run tomorrow… then the race on Sunday.

I landed in Vegas about 13 hours ago… it’s realy quite strange to think of running a marathon here, particularly when your first experience of the city is the Vegas night life. Even for someone going to bed early… the vegas mode is out in full force as soon as the sun goes down (5pm).

Actually the race is tomorrow. Today we did a short 15 min stretch out the legs run…

Tomorrow is the real deal. 6am start. So, I should be done by now tomorrow. :)
