Marathon Training - Taper - 40mins EZ
Less than one week away from my first serious attempt at qualifying for the Boston Marathon. At this point, there’s nothing I can do to improve my fitness… I can only injure myself… so the goal is to keep cool… stay mellow… and run only a couple easy runs before race day.
