Hotel Fitness Center == Good
After lots of walking, visiting the MOMA, and watching my wife shop (I’m not a fan of shopping, but I believe in the 3 little words rule to a happy marriage “she’s always right”)… my wife decided it was time for me to go back to the hotel “and workout”… ah… that sounds good.
Actually I did a little work (you all want new features right?) and then hit the fitness center.
I did 30 minutes on the LifeFitness LifeCycle… and then 30 minutes of strength training. Phew… it was short, but a good workout and tiring considering I had spent the day walking around San Francisco.
Off to dinner with our good friends Philip and his wife.

I love it when hotels have a good fitness center. I went to a Hyatt in Orange County in May that had Bosu Balls, free weights and great cardio equipment. It was a nice bonus!

I usually find workout studios at hotel’s to be less than adequate. Good job finding one that works.
