These areas are bugging me lately. I am hoping it’s just a short adjustment to my slightly modified orthotics. I’ve sent email to my PT but haven’t heard back.

10 Mile Run as Part of Brick
Did I mention it was raining like crazy? Not a good idea considering I’m trying to shake this cold. But I was cleared by my PT to run, after she said my Platar Fasciitis was not too bad… so I was eager to get out there. The run was easy and I felt great.
