Video Podcast - Long Run and Week 13 Recap

This past Sunday on my long run I brought along a small video camera and recorded some of my thoughts on my week 13 recap. This is my first attempt at a video podcast, hopefully I can work on producing similar weekly recaps and podcasts.

Kewl! Nice pathway.
On my long runs I stop every 6 minutes for 30 seconds. Re- energizes me.
Glad to see other runners taking that 30 second break.

I’m actually enjoying your Blog, Brad. I got around to reading the About story and was inspired. Just got back from a 6 miler and I watched your video. I run up by the Princeton Avenue Bridge section of the Burke Gilman Trail.
